Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

We value your time, trust, and the energetic integrity of our work. As our sessions and products are personalized and energetically aligned, please review the policies below before making a booking or purchase.

Service Cancellations (Readings, Healing, Consultations)

You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled only twice.
  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 3 months from the original booking date.
  • Missed or completed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may not be offered future bookings or reschedules.

Important: Not showing up for a scheduled appointment forfeits the session.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

All products are custom-energized and personalized with your pet’s name and auric frequency. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless one of the following conditions applies:

You may request an exchange only if:

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
  • The product was damaged during shipping (evidence required).

Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery via soulpets@humansofanimalland.com, and must include:

  • Proof of purchase or receipt
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

Only the damaged item will be replaced. The cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer. Products must be packaged securely for return. If returned items are further damaged due to poor packaging, the exchange will not be processed.
