SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping within India on Prepaid Order’s value Rs999 and above
For orders below Rs999, a shipping charge of Rs100 will be applied.
We do not have Cash on Delivery ( COD ) policy.
DISPATCH
All our orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of when you place them. Orders placed on Friday post noon, are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
It usually takes 5 – 10 business days for delivery after dispatch depending on your location. Please do not accept the package if it’s tempered with.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number/ID via sms/email. Write to us at soulpets@humansofanimalland.com to get help with tracking the order.
