ALIGN is not a class you attend once and leave.

It is a space where you learn how to live in a connected state with your animal ,

where understanding them becomes natural, not effortful

Instead of focusing on correcting behaviour or learning techniques,

ALIGN helps you shift how you show up — emotionally and energetically 

so that your animal can feel calmer, safer, and more understood with you.

Whether your animal is navigating anxiety, physical changes, or even transition,

this space supports your connection through every phase of your journey together.

The ALIGN Framework

A

Everything begins with awareness.

In the flow of daily life, we are constantly thinking, planning, responding

and often, we don’t even realise the state we are carrying within us.

Animals are deeply attuned to this inner state.

They pick up on what we feel — even when we are not consciously aware of it.

This part of the session gently brings you back to yourself.

Through simple guided exercises, you begin to notice:

• How you are feeling

• What your body is holding

• What energy you are bringing into your connection

Not to change it immediately…

but to simply become aware.

Because awareness creates the space where real shifts begin.

Most of us already love our animals deeply — that has never been missing.

But in the busyness of everyday life…

managing responsibilities, caring for them, planning, doing, thinking —

our inner world can become full, fast, and constantly moving.

Animals are deeply connected to this inner environment.

And sometimes, even though our love is present…

it doesn’t always feel fully accessible to them in those moments.

This space is not about creating love —

it is about returning to it.

Through gentle, heart-opening practices,

you learn to slow down, expand your heart space,

and allow your animal to truly feel your presence and your love.

Not as something you do for them…

but as something they can experience from you.

Understanding doesn’t always come through words.

In this part of the session, you begin to quiet the noise

and gently tune into what your animal may be expressing — emotionally or energetically.

Through simple awareness-based exercises,

you allow space for subtle impressions, feelings, or inner knowing to arise.

There is no pressure to be right.

Only an invitation to listen a little more deeply.

Over time, this softens the gap between you and your animal

and makes understanding feel more natural.

For an animal, your grounded presence is one of the most reassuring things they can feel.

When we are overwhelmed, rushed, or unsettled internally,

our animals often mirror that state — especially if they are already sensitive or anxious.

This part of the session introduces a gentle, meditative practice,

not done separately, but with your animal.

You are guided to:

• Slow down your breath

• Relax your body

• Come into a calm, steady presence

And allow your animal to experience that state with you.

This is not about doing something for them

but about being a space they can settle into.

Over time, this shared stillness becomes a powerful way to support your animal ,

especially during moments of anxiety or discomfort

Animals live in the present moment.

They are not holding onto the past or worrying about what’s next —

they are simply here.

In this part of the session, you are gently guided to slow down

and meet your animal in that same space.

No fixing.

No doing.

No trying to understand everything.

Just being… together.

And in that presence, something shifts —

connection becomes softer, clearer, and more effortless.

Navigating grief and feeling close to your animal in spirit. Losing an animal is not just about absence, it’s the loss of a presence that was deeply woven into your everyday life.

Grief can feel heavy, confusing, and sometimes isolating, especially when others may not fully understand the depth of your bond.

This session is a gentle space to sit with your emotions, honour your connection, and begin to find softness within the grief. You will be guided through practices that help you feel grounded, supported and open to experiencing your animal’s presence in a way that feels natural and comforting.

Not by forcing connection but by allowing it to unfold with ease and trust.

Understanding what your animal may be asking for. When a pet stops eating or shows changes in appetite, it can bring up worry, confusion, and a sense of helplessness.

While physical causes are always important to consider, there are times when something deeper may also be influencing their behaviour.

In this session, we gently explore how your emotional and energetic state may be impacting your animal during such moments.

You will be guided through practices that help you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded, So you can support your pet from a place of stability rather than stress.

This often creates a subtle but meaningful shift, where your animal feels safer, and the situation begins to soften.

ALIGN is a structured class where the guided experiential space and  energetic practice helps you learn to align yourself emotionally and energetically. Through these learning and practices, your animal can feel your presence more deeply. Each session focuses on one real-life situation you and your animal may be navigating together on daily basis.

This is not a professional animal communication training. this is only designed to help you understand your animal better . ALIGN gives you the method and practices that will help you understand your animal better. It will help you pickup on behaviour patterns of your animal or help you understand sudden behaviour changes and how to address them. This course act as a tool in your basket to resolve everyday struggles with your pet.

It is not mandatory, but it is encouraged. Animals often naturally settle nearby when their human is in a calm, aligned state. If your pet is around during the session, you may notice them respond to the energy in the space.

Each ALIGN session is approximately 60 minutes. 

Yes — a recording will be shared with registered participants so you can revisit the practices whenever you need them.

Session fees for ALIGN are listed below with the respective session details for your convenience. 

The session recording will be shared with all registered participants, so you will not miss the content even if you cannot attend live. Refunds are not available, but the recording ensures you still receive full value.
